BTS Software

Provides customizable tests and
automatically generates test reports for quick analysis.

Software Overview

Sinexcle-Re BTS software is a backend control system designed for battery charge and discharge testing. It is suitable for various scenarios and test types, primarily encompassing three modules: battery test monitoring, process editing, and data analysis. The software strictly executes tests according to customer simulation requirements, providing highly customized testing solutions to meet personalized testing needs. It automatically generates the necessary test data reports, enabling quick and efficient product analysis.

Software Highlights

Test Safety:

Equipped with a three-level protection strategy across upper, middle, and lower machines, with over 100 protection parameters that can be combined and matched according to test requirements, ensuring foolproof testing.

Custom Reports:

Supports custom data report templates, allowing single-channel or multi-channel data export to Excel according to the report template. It also supports conversion to MDF data format.

Data Security:

Supports integration and backup with databases such as MySQL, Mongodb, Taos, and Kafka, enabling centralized management of test data and ensuring data security. It can also flexibly integrate with LIMS, MES, and other management systems to build automated laboratory testing systems.

Process Editing:

Complete testing functions, including special steps like working conditions, pulses, ramps, and DCIR. Advanced features include matrix limits, limit following, support for secondary operations using various recorded parameters in variable expressions, bookmark issuance, and more, to meet various test types and scenarios.

Quick Functions:

One-click operation, including quick actions like pause reservation, process reset, file continuation, and channel parallel operation. These features greatly simplify the complexity of battery testing, enhance operational convenience, and provide flexibility in testing, allowing comprehensive control over the testing process.

Interconnectivity:

Supports the linkage and control of various peripherals such as battery pack BMS, water cooling, temperature chambers, direct cooling, balancers, insulation testers, programmable power supplies, Hioki instruments, temperature acquisition instruments, and more. This extends the ability to build an integrated comprehensive testing platform. The software also includes protection and detection features like life frame, offline peripherals, and device disconnection, ensuring accurate and safe execution of tests.

Software Features

Scheduled Pause:

Allows pre-scheduling the pause of tests on samples at specific steps or times. This feature enables efficient scheduling for cross-testing without the need for manual monitoring or intervention, thereby enhancing testing efficiency and accuracy.

Data Query and Backup:

Supports querying test data based on channel number, barcode, device ID, test time, and other criteria. This facilitates easy tracing of data sources for both ongoing and completed tests. Test data can be uploaded to databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, etc., for data backup.

Interconnectivity:

Supports the linkage with various types of external devices. Under specified test conditions, the BTS controls the peripherals to execute actions on the samples, with the external device data stored together in the BDA (Battery Data Analysis). This creates an integrated comprehensive testing platform, unifying data formats and reports.

Process Editing & Advanced Settings:

Comprehensive Testing Functions: Includes various special steps such as working conditions, pulses, ramps, and DCIR. Advanced features include matrix limits, limit following, secondary calculations using variable expressions from various recorded parameters, bookmarks, and message issuing, meeting the needs of diverse testing scenarios.

Limit Following/Matrix Limits:

Restrict current and power output by following external parameter values, or operate current according to matrix table lookup values, ensuring that the battery pack charges and discharges under the most optimal conditions while prioritizing safety during fast charging tests.

Bookmark & MDF:

Allows marking different operating condition sequences, such as spring, summer, autumn, and winter, based on the testing process requirements. This facilitates efficient data analysis and integration. Exported data can be converted to MDF format, and M&P supports converting this data into CAN messages for transmission.

Data Analysis and Curve Display:

Enables custom multi-parameter curve comparison for quick and accurate assessment of battery performance.

Report Scheme Configuration:

Provides flexible configuration of report templates and automatic report generation. Supports various export methods, including automatic, manual, scheduled, and cyclic, with formats such as CSV, Excel, and MDF.
